2013 Consumer Confidence Report (Annual Water Report)
The Town of Middleburg has issued its Annual Drinking Water Report, also known as the Consumer Confidence Report for 2013. This report is design to inform you about your drinking water. Copies of the report were mailed to each water customer in their utility bill on May 8, 2014. Copies of the report are also available in the Town Office, located at 10 West Marshall Street.

AUTOMATED PHONE ALERT SYSTEM
The Town of Middleburg has developed an Automated Phone Alert System that will be used to send businesses and residents public safety, emergency and weather-related messages. If you are a resident of the Town or a merchant in the Town and would like to receive the Town's automated phone alert messages, please contact the Town Clerk at email@example.com to get your name on the list. You will need to provide your name and a telephone number for the contact. Messages will only be sent to one telephone number per resident/merchant. Town Code Chapter 97, Article I, pertaining to Business License Taxes requires every business and profession engaging in business within the Town limits to obtain an annual business license. If you feel your business license fee has been incorrectly assessed or that your business has been placed in the wrong business license category, you have the right to file an appeal with the Town Treasurer, Debbie J. Wheeler, at 10 W. Marshall Street, P. O. Box 187, Middleburg, Virginia 20118 or firstname.lastname@example.org. The procedures for filing an appeal may be found in Town Code Chapter 97.
